I have an amendment at the desk. The Acting CHAIR. The Clerk will designate the amendment. The text of the amendment is as follows: At the end of subtitle A of title IV, insert the following: SEC. __. DISQUALIFICATION OF CERTAIN CONVICTED FELONS. Section 6 of the Food and Nutrition Act of 2008 (7 U.S.C. 2015), as amended by section 4015, is amended in subsection (p)(1)-- (1) in subparagraph (A) by striking ``: and'' at the end and inserting a period, and (2) by striking subparagraph (B). The Acting CHAIR. Pursuant to House Resolution 900, the gentleman from North Carolina (Mr. Holding) and a Member opposed each will control 5 minutes. The Chair recognizes the gentleman from North Carolina.
