We want to minimize opportunities for misinformation, and we want to minimize opportunities to overturn an election.

I represent one of thirteen districts in North Carolina. And, as all of you certainly know, the Rucho case originated in my State, as well as the Moore v. Harper case.

Where we diverge is how to preserve the program for those in actual need without regulatory loopholes and fuzzy interpretations of the law, both of which exploit the very intent of the program.
