SNAP ENHANCEMENT. (a) Amendment.--Section 3(k) of the Food and Nutrition Act of 2008 (7 U.S.C. 2012(k)) is amended-- (1) by striking ``and (9)'' the last place it appears and inserting ``(9)'', and (2) by inserting ``, and (10) items of personal hygiene for household use'' before the period at the end. (b) Effective Date.--This section and the amendments made by this section shall take effect on the 1st day of the 1st month that begins not less than 180 days after the date of the enactment of this Act.
