I also want to acknowledge, Mr. Chairman, your op-ed piece today, it was very refreshing to see, and it is even more refreshing to see that you and my good friend from Maryland, Mr. Delaney, are working toward a bipartisan resolution of what is a powder keg waiting to explode again, that will work to the detriment of the taxpayers of this country.
