I want to point out some additional benefits of this NDAA in dealing with global challenges. H.R. 4350 invests in tools to combat the unprecedented challenge of a global pandemic, racial inequities, and a deepening climate emergency. The NDAA authorizes funding for national defense and prioritizes programs and policies to confront the growing threat of China and Russia. Mr. Speaker, I reserve the balance of my time.
