The Bureau is in the process of considering what regulations to propose to address issues in the market for small-dollar credit.

We expect those to potentially come out in a Small Business Regulatory Enforcement Fairness Act (SBREFA) process sometime later this fall.

I do not think right now the odds of reaching a deal are very high.
