Mr. Speaker, I have an amendment at the desk. The SPEAKER pro tempore. The Clerk will designate the amendment. The text of the amendment is as follows: At the end of title LVIII of division E, insert the following: SEC. __. PFAS DATA CALL. Section 8(a)(7) of the Toxic Substances Control Act (15 U.S.C. 2607(a)(7)) is amended by inserting ``that contains at least one fully fluorinated carbon atom,'' after ``perfluoroalkyl or polyfluoroalkyl substance''.
