Mr. Chairman, I will tell you that regulations are regulations. They need to be reviewed at every level. What the SCRUB Act offers is that opportunity. What this amendment does is limit that ability. For those reasons, I, again, urge my colleagues to oppose this amendment. Mr. Chairman, I yield back the balance of my time.
