I share your concern because we have been sent here. We have been sent here by the people to be their representatives. And part of being their representatives is to ensure that their tax money is being accounted for and being spent in a meaningful way and in a way that we would deem responsible. It kind of reminds me growing up at that little country Methodist church just outside of Prescott in Hope, Arkansas, Midway United Methodist Church. I still try to get back there every year for homecoming. My parents still go there. My mom still plays the piano there. And growing up there at Midway United Methodist Church, every Sunday I heard the preacher talk about being a good steward. Being a good steward. And I think that the American people have sent us here and expect us to be good stewards of their tax money and make sure that it is being accounted for and make sure that it is being spent in a responsible way, a way that will help lift people up, a way that will invest in their children and their education and their future. And that is why I am so very concerned about this. That is why we are pleased to offer up a 12-point plan for budget reform, to cure our Nation's addiction to deficit spending.
