I can put faces to these stories in my own mind as I relay them today of seniors who would come into the pharmacy, who were literally forced to choose between buying their medicine, buying their groceries, paying their rent, paying their light bill. We are talking about the Greatest Generation. We are talking about seniors who have given so much to this country, who supposedly live in the most industrialized society in the world, and yet we live in a society where they cannot afford their medicine or cannot afford to take it properly.
