Where do we go from here? Where does this end? Some kind of conference? We already have a conference report. It is the bipartisan Homeland Security bill. {time} 1130 That can pass today. We can put that on the floor, and it would pass in a heartbeat. That is what the majority needs to do, not this 3-week holding action. We need to pass that negotiated bill and keep the Homeland Security Department functioning at full strength.
