Immigration reform would not solve all of our problems at the border, but without reform we are knowingly accepting a status quo that has become increasingly untenable.

We have got a bill that creates incentives for teachers to stay in the profession.

I implore you to see what is at stake here as Fort Bragg needs this investment to be able to respond to the next global crisis.
