Looking at this budget proposal, I have to conclude that Trump administration's priorities are elsewhere. It is a heartless request.

I think that is a much better way to proceed than the way that we have been doing it in the past.

For years nearly all of HUD's affordable housing and community development programs have been underfunded compared to demonstrated need.

I agree and we are all in on this disaster relief and the way we need to support one another.
