Well, I know my time has expired, but I must say, of course we all want--we all want to serve more people, we all want to make the most of limited resources, but if in the name of that, we are squeezing, just mercilessly squeezing the populations we are already serving, and just making it impossible to make ends meet, that doesn't look like much of an achievement.
