None of the funds made available by this Act may be used to enforce the requirements in-- (1) section 34(a)(1)(A) of the Federal Fire Prevention and Control Act of 1974 (15 U.S.C. 2229(a)(1)(A)); (2) section 34(a)(1)(B) of such Act; (3) section 34(c)(1) of such Act; (4) section 34(c)(2) of such Act; (5) section 34(c)(4)(A) of such Act; and (6) section 34(a)(1)(E) of such Act.
