I would have proudly voted for Congresswoman Nancy Pelosi of California for Speaker of the House of Representatives. I was also unable to vote during rollcall vote 3--Motion to Table. Had I been present, I would have voted against the Motion to Table. The SPEAKER pro tempore (Mr. Womack). The gentleman from California (Mr. McCarthy) is recognized for 1 hour. Mr. McCARTHY.
