Well, Mr. Chairman, I would tell my colleague that since 1995, my predecessors, the last two chairmen, have saved over $1.2 billion in this bill. Now, that is a savings trend established in the 1990 to 1995 period. In addition, the FTEs have been substantially reduced, and we have a work force that is about 16 percent lower than it was in 1994, the last year that the majority party was in power, which at that time were the Democrats. So we have had both a savings in substantial dollar savings and in FTE employment savings.
