I understand there is opposition being included in the Special Resource Study currently being conducted by the National Park Service. Would the gentleman agree to work with the ranking member and myself to see if we can resolve that?

I am not qualified to speak on why the intelligence service says this, but I would yield to a gentleman to make a comment about who is qualified to make statements on that.
