before any of my colleagues decide to support the Clinton plan, I urge them to look into the eyes of their constituents and ask the following questions: ``Do you support the idea of the Government running your health care? ``Are you willing to wait in long lines for necessary and important surgery? ``Are you ready for the rationing of your family's health care? ``Do you believe that if your parents get too old, they should be denied health care options now currently available to them? ``Is it really time for you to pay a 7.9-percent payroll tax to pay for health care for people you don't know? ``Can we afford to add 70 billion more dollars to our deficit? Mr. Speaker, this is what the Clinton health plan will do to every middle-class family in America. Before supporting the Clinton plan, I urge my colleagues to think carefully about these questions.
