In one of the richest countries in the world, no one working full-time should be living in poverty.

I am excited to introduce, with partners in the House and Senate, the ENABLE Opportunity Act of 2023.

The current sub-minimum wage with tipped employees perpetuates low pay, enables, inexcusable levels of wage theft, and it leads to higher poverty rates.

Any programs that would support financing... would be beneficial.
