The number of Black farmers in the United States has rapidly decreased over the last century.
I am delighted to have an HBCU at the helm of FHFA, and I can't wait to see the great work that I know you will do.
This is one thing, one issue that has bipartisan support, feeding our nation.
We are going to get you and this nation that $450 million that is needed in this farm bill.
