Thank you for your testimony. It is nice to see a fellow North Carolinian and an Aggie in the committee room.

It is abundantly clear that there are two agendas present today. The republican's agenda will weaken worker protections and let low road employers off the hook for breaking the law.

The $30 billion SNAP cut alongside the provisions you highlight today does a disservice to families in farm country.

We appreciate your consideration of the immense positive impact SNAP has on the lives of millions of Americans as well as its beneficial impact on the national economy and our nation's long-term financial sustainability.
