I am HBCU strong, and want to continue to make sure that our schools not only survive, but that they thrive.

It is my wish that today's hearing will provide us with an opportunity for bipartisan collaboration on policy solutions that safeguard the civil rights and dignity of all individuals.

It is abundantly clear that there are two agendas present today. The republican's agenda will weaken worker protections and let low road employers off the hook for breaking the law.

As the agency has acknowledged, these operations are disproportionately concentrated in low-income communities and communities of color.
