Thank you for your question regarding our collaboration and interaction with HBCUs.
My question, Mr. Chairman, has to do with our HBCUs and specifically our 1890 Land-Grant Universities who specialize in agriculture and farming.
Congress must reform these programs to fulfill the promise of the IRA funding and ensure it flows to greenhouse gas reducing practices.
