my time right now as set aside for the majority is now being taken up by this discussion. I would like to have some time reserved for myself in the 30 minutes. Right now we have 6 or 7 or 8 speakers lined up, and so I want to have an opportunity to make my views known at some point in time. I think we need to establish regular order, and if both parties have agreed that it goes back over to the other side at 9 o'clock, I would like to have that extended out so that when we reach 9 o'clock then I can speak from 9 to 9:30.
