There are absolutely no limits to what Vladimir Putin can do. I think the world is seeing this loud and clear now as we're witnessing this large scale land war, this large scale war crime happening right at the heart of Europe.

As we discussed earlier, we believe that sanction tools such as the Magnitsky Act should not be exclusively used to countries like Russia.
