There are absolutely no limits to what Vladimir Putin can do. I think the world is seeing this loud and clear now as we're witnessing this large scale land war, this large scale war crime happening right at the heart of Europe.

What moral right do I have to call on my fellow Russian citizens to stand up and resist the dictatorship if I wasn’t prepared to do it myself?

The criminals are those who are waging this war, not those of us who are speaking out against.
