So I agree with you that China is a bad actor, and that we cannot let their devious behavior go unchecked.

The President wants Chinese investment, just like he wants everybody else's investment.

We know that just sitting around blathering hasn't worked for 25 or 30 years, so we have to try something new.

I think they have been victims, as much as anybody in America, of what goes on in China.
