I don't think we should accept anything that doesn't have structural change and is enforceable.

But I have real concerns with the way the Administration has approached the problem, creating and escalating a trade war that has caused harm to many businesses.

So I agree with you that China is a bad actor, and that we cannot let their devious behavior go unchecked.

These things have to be bipartisan. They cannot be partisan.
