I thought maybe we were celebrating the end of a war or something. In any event, I want to put a table in the Record, because yesterday I spoke of the fact that, since 1991 to this point, there have been no cuts on the discretionary programs that are domestic, and all the cuts have come out of defense. In fact, it is a little worse than that. All the cuts come out of defense, and domestic programs have gone up.
