Companies seeking access to capital should not be overburdened by unnecessary or superfluous regulations.

This is about my belief that their structure presents systemic risk.

Following the biggest financial crisis since the Great Depression, Congress passed legislation that is already reshaping the U.S. regulatory landscape.

These are critically important goals, and I support robust implementation of the Dodd-Frank Act's whistleblower program to support Congressional intent.
