A stable, fair, and efficient market structure is the backbone of the equity markets and an important engine of our economy.
These are critically important goals, and I support robust implementation of the Dodd-Frank Act's whistleblower program to support Congressional intent.
It seems to me that we have to build a system in this country that makes people want to do business here because a race to the bottom will not serve anybody well.
