Mr. Chairman, I have an amendment at the desk. The Acting CHAIR. The Clerk will designate the amendment. The text of the amendment is as follows: Add at the end of the bill, the following: SEC. 504. FISHERIES DISASTER DECLARATION. The Proclamation of State Emergency and associated Executive Order issued by Governor Edmund G. Brown, Jr. on January 17, 2014, shall be considered a request by the Governor for purposes of section 312(a) of the Magnuson- Stevens Fishery Conservation and Management Act (16 U.S.C. 1861a) to determine that a fishery resource disaster exists for fisheries that originate in the State of California.
