As one who represents a national forest and a national marine sanctuary as well as a national park, the Channel Islands, I can attest to the great work of the Public Lands Corps and the importance of this legislation. So I thank you, Mr. Grijalva, for introducing this very important bill and for your great leadership on this issue. I urge my colleagues to vote ``yes'' on this important legislation.
