“I have an amendment at the desk. The Acting CHAIR. The Clerk will designate the amendment. The text of the amendment is as follows: At the end of the bill, add the following: SEC. 504. STUDY ON WATER RESOURCES. Not later than one year after the date of enactment of this Act, the Comptroller General of the United States shall conduct a study and submit a report to the Congress on the resiliency and adaptability of all Bureau of Reclamation projects and facilities in California to any ongoing or forecasted changes to the quality, quantity, or reliability of water resources. The study shall include recommendations on how to strengthen the resiliency and adaptability of the Bureau's projects and facilities in California. The Acting CHAIR. Pursuant to House Resolution 472, the gentlewoman from California (Mrs. Capps) and a Member opposed each will control 5 minutes. The Chair recognizes the gentlewoman from California.”
