By passing S. 1895, Congress is honoring Indian treaties, including our Navajo treaty of 1868, and upholding the Federal trust responsibility.

I am asking the Chairman and members of this committee to lead the charge in putting into legislation an extension of the CARES Act funding for Tribes.
