We believe that implementing standards for the UN Declaration means that the United States no longer has the permission nor the power to unilaterally make decisions that affects our lands, our people and our resources.

We need to be able to support the Tribes in taking over their healthcare facilities.

We urge the committee to appropriate funds to help Tribes prepare to respond to climate change.

Tribal nations should have a decisive say, through free prior and informed consent, on all Federal actions.
