Somehow other terms make it sound like it is a condition. This is a crime and we ought to look at it that way.

Providing quality, safe, accessible health care for our veterans who have earned them is a core mission.

The President believes in Veterans and their families, believes in providing them the care and benefits they've earned.

I do not think any veteran, whatever the condition, should have to wait that long in any of our facilities, whether it is an emergency room or a clinic.
