The issue here is no one should have to wait for mental health care.

I am appalled that the House considered a bill that only partially funded the Department of Veterans Affairs...

I would say that is our only mission, Mr. Chairman. I mean if you look at any of our buildings, emblazoned on them is the words of Abraham Lincoln, to care for him who have borne the battle.

Your support of it is critical to providing veterans the care and benefits they have earned through their service and sacrifice.
