They want to conserve our environment more than anyone, and they do want to make sure that they have their personal property rights included as well.

The economic benefit, I might add, of that project is one of the highest in ratio of any project in the country, with a return for every dollar that we spend, we get a return of $7.50.

We care about the right whales. We need to protect the right whales. But we have to balance that with public safety and the needs for our coastal shipping economy.
