NOAA's calculations for determining projected economic impacts of their rule are just wrong. They are flat-out wrong.

They want to conserve our environment more than anyone, and they do want to make sure that they have their personal property rights included as well.

I’m not sure you can ever go far enough, it’s always open for scrutiny and or criticism, but I think that we’re in better shape than we were.
