the gentleman is understandably proud of the past performance and the current performance of our former colleague, the gentleman from Florida, Mr. Peterson, as our Ambassador, and I understand the Floridian pride in him, but I would like to also mention he received his elementary and high school education in Omaha, Nebraska.
