So it is a very, very good point, and one that we should think about.

I know what a bailout is. I have seen them around here. This does not even come close to falling into that category.

Congress should pass the Homeownership Preservation and Protection Act--two things to mention there--that Senator Dodd sponsored and many Members of the Committee co-sponsored.

I hope that you will consider at the appropriate time making sure that we have some oversight of what's going on in that rescue plan.
