I think the idea that one can make a choice not to seek health care throughout one's life is simply not realistic and cannot be the basis for an attack on the constitutionality.

To overturn Roe now would be an act of constitutional vandalism -- not conservative, but reactionary.

I am quite sure that the health care mandate is constitutional.

As a citizen, not a subject, may I say that what the Senate has shown and this Committee has shown is our government at its best.
