This is not conservative, this is reactionary.

I am quite sure that the health care mandate is constitutional.

As a citizen, not a subject, may I say that what the Senate has shown and this Committee has shown is our government at its best.

I think the idea that one can make a choice not to seek health care throughout one's life is simply not realistic and cannot be the basis for an attack on the constitutionality.
