One of the dearest dreams of our Founding Fathers was that we, as a nation, would turn our attention to the arts and have our children and grandchildren do the same. In Utah, NEA funds have been used for children's theater with educational outreach in Coalville, Kamas, Duchesne, Roosevelt, Castle Dale, Salina, Beaver, and Price.
