By implementing year-round Pell, we do give non-traditional students... the flexibility to set their own pace for their education.
I support Congress readdressing this and looking at this budget item, ensuring schools have the resources that they need to keep kids safe.
My focus is and always will be on students and on helping all students get a great education through an equal opportunity.
I think, importantly, that flexibility at the State and local level would really allow those closest to the students to target those resources.
