I think, importantly, that flexibility at the State and local level would really allow those closest to the students to target those resources.
Student success should be measured by the outcomes--by what they achieve. It should not be measured by the number of inputs.
I support Congress readdressing this and looking at this budget item, ensuring schools have the resources that they need to keep kids safe.
