My concern is these large, sweeping hundreds of thousands of acres, even millions of acres, abuses that we have seen now from President Clinton and this leaked memo that came from President Obama.

It is only fitting, though, however, that this act is called the Antiquities Act. It is an ancient act that needs reform.
