The text of the amendment is as follows: At the end of the bill (before the short title), insert the following: Sec. ___. None of the funds made available by this Act may be used to carry out the Department of Homeland Security memorandum titled ``Worksite Enforcement: The Strategy to Protect the American Labor Market, the Conditions of the American Worksite, and the Dignity of the Individual''. The Acting CHAIR. Pursuant to House Resolution 723, the gentleman from Montana (Mr. Rosendale) and a Member opposed each will control 5 minutes. The Chair recognizes the gentleman from Montana.
